As I stated on the last page; different weight loss plans work to varying degrees for different people. On this page we are going to look at some easy diet plans – or at least several different diet plans; one of which will most likely suit your particular needs.
(See some weight loss tips – click here)
Easy diet plans by design must meet your requirements and help you meet your weight loss goals with a minimum of stress and maximum results. Nothing is more discouraging that strictly following a plan and seeing little or no results at the end of the week; if they don’t yield measurable results in a timely fashion; those can’t be called easy diet plans.
Easy diet plans have to be built around the way in which the body responds to dieting. The scientific and physiological realities of weight loss must be incorporated into the premise of the weight loss plan or it will be:
Hard to follow and stick with.
Slow to produce measurable results; and that will lead to loss of motivation.
Leave you feeling tired, hungry and\or deprived.
Be too restrictive and prohibit your favorite foods; even in moderation.
Leave you with few options when it comes to dining out or “on the run”.
I’m going to review and rate three different easy diet plans below; hopefully you will find one to your liking; if not; just email me the details of what you are looking for and I’ll send you leads for more.
I won’t go into a huge amount of detail here – no, I’m not lazy – but what’s the point? You will only see the same information again if you decide to click the link.
In the meantime, why not order a copy of my free report, “Training and Nutrition Secrets for a Lean Body”? It’s full of actionable tips that will help you achieve your goals no matter what type of easy diet plans you pursue.
All of these programs are proven to work; each in it’s own way; and that allows different people to choose different types of plans that might work best for them.
The first easy diet plan that I want to bring to your attention is a “new kid on the block”; it’s only been around for a couple of years but I’m here to say that it will be around for a long time to come.
This one has a kind of obvious name – Bodyweight Burn – but the science behind it is nothing but solid – it is very effective. A key premise of the plan is exercise – only 21 minutes per day; and without needing any equipment – but if exercise doesn’t fit into your weight loss plans then this one is not for you.
The next one is called “Truth About Abs” and here is the truth about the Truth About Abs – don’t let the name fool you; it is about way more than just having toned abs. The abdominal muscles are known as the “core” of our bodies and our physiques; every exercise we do affects the abs and as the abs go; so goes the body. This one was created by Mike Geary, a Certified Nutrition Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer; this guy knows what he is talking about so it is no wonder that his programs have proven to be some of the most popular and most successful of the easy diet plans available for several years running.
On another page I mentioned that weight loss comes in many forms – you can lose weight, you can lose fat or you can lose weight by metabolizing lean muscle; which you do not want to do.
Here is a program (also from Mike Geary) that focuses upon a strategy that will enhance the fat burning abilities of your body; helping you to lose weight while preserving lean muscle mass. As I also mentioned elsewhere, lean muscle burns more calories even when you are at rest. Increasing lean muscle mass while at the same time reducing your body fat is the “one-two” punch of weight loss that will create the lean physique that you desire.
Thanks for taking the time to visit, do check back because I update often.
Best wishes for your success!
