I started not to even put this information up here about weight loss supplements.
Those of you who have been reading me for a while know that I’m not really a big fan of most weight loss supplements.
I think a lot of them are just a bunch of hype and that the only weight you will lose by using them is the weight of some hard earned cash leaving your pocket.
I’m re-thinking some of that though primarily because I have about half a dozen friends who are using some of this stuff and; well; something is working for them.
Most of what I’ve read about weight loss supplements is at best indeterminate when it comes to their effectiveness; but here lately I’ve seen some reports coming in from reputable sources that seem to indicate that some of them do in fact promote weight loss and or fat loss.
I still think that eating a healthy diet and getting some exercise – a lifestyle change – is the most sensible way to approach long term weight management; but I guess if some weight loss supplements actually do work for some people that they can help to meet a short term goal; and more importantly; to ramp up the motivation needed to get these people to stick with a plan.
So that said I’m going to put some links below to a few of the more popular weight loss supplements; and the ones that some of my friends are using with good results.
Your results might vary from being really good to not at all – some of this stuff can get a little pricey; if you have a friend or two who is also interested in trying weight loss supplements maybe you can split the cost of a supply and see how it performs for you before going all in.
I’m not going to get into a lot of details about Acai Berries and how they enhance weight loss; you can read all about that if you follow the link. I have two friends who are using this one and they swear that it has made a very big difference in their weight loss efforts.
This one is taking the weight loss supplement industry by storm – incredible sales and numerous testimonials from users; including a friend of mine. Raspberry Ketones are claimed to enhance the fat burning ability of the body. I’ve “borrowed” a few days supply from my friend and I’m going to give it a try to see if it can help burn that last stubborn roll of flab from around my hips. I’m a little concerned about the possible “stimulate-like” side effects; but if I find those undesirable then I won’t be buying any.
This one has been around for a while; that staying power plus some really good reviews implies to me that a lot of people are having good results with it; I don’t know because I’ve never tried it. Once again, you can get the details by following the link below.
