Another factor that should be considered when selecting a weight loss plan is the difficulty of planning meals, an easy diet will offer a “diet plan generator” – you just make a few selections from several options offered, and the generator will plan all four of your daily meals for a week in advance.
Yes, I said four daily meals. That is another hallmark of an easy diet – it will require you to eat often in order to avoid the metabolic slow down that almost every diet causes, and which is a big part of the reason why most diets fail.
